AT&T Trusts NetIG RCI® Products “Since 2006 we have been utilizing various NetIG RCI products. NetIG is exceptional to work with as a vendor. Their products help save our cabling technician’s time and thus our company money. Their products come packaged appropriately and labeled on the outside very clear as to which trunk will be installed in what location.

Inside the box the cables ends are safely encased in packing materials, the trunks are labeled with serial numbers for easy reference and test report reference, each leg of the trunk is labeled consistently on both sides of the trunk, and come easily out of the box for quick install. This has decreased our cabling technician’s trunk install time by approximately fifty percent.

Over the years our workload has increased and having the trunks made offsite and just needing install has allowed us to do more in less time. Aesthetically our installers have always had a high standard of how they install the cables and found it easy to incorporate in the NetIG products.

When we first started using the CAT6 SwitchPacks, our technician’s had questions that NetIG

addressed quickly onsite and any issues were resolved to complete satisfaction, thus performance hasn’t really been an issue. The design of the SwitchPack breakouts is a big part of why we use the NetIG products. No matter what chassis you are using, the SwitchPack cascades neatly in whatever direction you chose per your order.

As our lab changes and chassis change, the breakouts need change and NetIG is always on top of customer needs and works with you to design a custom breakout if necessary whether it is CAT6, OS1, or OM3. They offer all of these cables in whatever cable count you require as well as can supply the associated cable manager, fiber panel, bulk heads, or patch panel. Their products are very reliable and have been a great investment. It is a true pleasure to be working with and utilizing NetIG products.”
