Submitting a Learning Task This can only be completed when logged into the Student Portal. Parents may be required to support and assist their children in creating and uploading their work. WITHIN A WEB BROWSER • Open Compass (login using student details) • Select the Teaching and Learning Menu • Select Learning Tasks • Open the Learning Task • Click Create Submission • Click Browse • Select the file to upload • Click OK When the file has successfully been added, the fie upload menu will change to green, indicating successful upload. The content of the file is the responsibility of the person making the upload. Multiple files can be added by repeating the process of adding. The task can be closed by pressing the red close button on the top right and side of the task. MOBILE DEVICE • Open the Compass App • Click the Hamburger Menu • Click Learning Tasks • Expand the class list • Select the Learning Task • Click the Submissions tab • Click Add Submission • Select from My Files To take a photo of a piece of work • Select Camera To attach a file from the device • Select Choose File Files are automagically attached to the learning tasks.
