APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA

Background The following recommendation is presented to the Board of Governors for consideration on a Consent Agenda. These are routine items that will be enacted by one motion as summarized below and described in full detail on the recommendations contained in the Board materials. There will not be separate discussion of these items, however, any member of the Board may ask that any item be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion by notifying the Chair of the Board. The remaining items will then be considered on the Consent Agenda. A separate discussion and action will be taken on the item(s) removed from the Consent Agenda.
