Antenna input power and antenna gain Defined two categories
1: Existing low emission power point to point system 2: Higher emission power point to multi-point system
Existing system (no changes) Antenna power is less than 10 mW Antenna gain is less than 47 dBi EIRP is not specified
New system (antenna power in excess of 10 mW)
Antenna power is 10 mW ~ 250 mW Antenna gain should be greater than 10 dBi. EIRP is less than 40 dBm

Measurement Method
Measurement method for new regulation is not defined yet, it will be defined after approved.
Possible method; Single Antenna: Antenna Power can be calculated by measured EIRP,
subtracting with antenna gain. MIMO: Aggregating for each antenna power

Conclusion
Japanese new regulation will support long range usage and higher throughput using channel bonding
OFDM based channel bonding would be better to meet unwanted out of band emission.
