SUBMARINE RESCUE CONSULTANCY - SRC

Welcome to Stewart Little’s new venture, SRC.

SRC is uniquely positioned to be able to offer and deliver bespoke Training and Consultancy services to Operational and Headquarters personnel who may have to deal with Submarine Rescue Operations

(or Exercises).

All Training is individually tailored to meet your requirements, and can either be by dedicated training course, with up to 12 students over 4 – 5 days, or by “Tabletop” presentation, where up to 80

people can participate and learn through realistic development of an agreed training scenario.

Stewart Little is the world leader in this field and has so far delivered training to personnel from Australia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, USA and UK. All training

courses are delivered to a fixed and all-inclusive price, at a single and agreed cost to the host nation.

SRC can deliver Consultancy services, advice, mentoring and observation across the full spectrum of Submarine Rescue, from Requirements Management through Procurement options to in-service

operations and exercises.

SRC will provide either general or bespoke services, depending upon your requirements, with a deliverable product specifically tailored to your needs.

Potential fields of work include specification and development of Requirements, studies into future

capabilities, improvement of existing equipments, optimisation of in-service performance and planning and execution of exercises, as well as VOO specification and tracking.

SRC is also closely linked to the Submarine Rescue Alliance (SRA), which comprises Phoenix International, Magpie Enterprises and Oceanworks. This link between SRC and the SRA enables

further exposure to extensive Operational experience, particularly with Air-portable and VOO based systems which provide the basis of worldwide Rescue capability, as well as specialist knowledge of

Operational Support, Maintenance Planning and Product Development and Manufacturing

SRC is both proud and pleased to be part of the Phoenix-led team that is bidding for the NSRS follow-on operating contract out to 2023.
