ii. VP Membership report: Any progress in membership drive or membership building contest
iii. VP Public Relations report: Any progress in promoting club publicity

4) After Club Business Meeting, call for PRESIDENT by addressing him as “Mr. / Madam President.”
5) Transfer control to him/her.6) Get back to your seat.
