That parcel of land in the City of Richmond, Virginia, situated on the northern line of Burton Street between O Street and Pink Street, together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging, known as No. 2312 Burton Street, and bounded as follows, to-wit:

BEING the same real property conveyed to Alexander Coleman and Florence Coleman as tenants by the entireties with the right of survivorship as at common law by warranty deed from Real Estate Holding Corporation which was dated March 1, 1943 and is recorded in the City of Richmond, Virginia Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. (probably in Deed Book 436-D). Florence Coleman died on March 8, 1962 in the City of Richmond, Virginia so, by operation of law, the property vested solely in her widower, Alexander Coleman.

Alexander Coleman died, intestate on December 9, 1968, survived by his widow, Hazel Coleman, nine children, and one grand-child who was the sole heir at law of his deceased child. Thus, by operation of law, title to the subject property passed to his nine children:Alexander Coleman, Jr. , Wallace Irving Coleman, Mary Celestine Tolliver, Lorenzo Lee Coleman, Robinette C. Walker, Juanita C. Burnette, Calvin Coleman, Loretta C. Battle, Augustus Hugo Coleman, and William Johnson, Jr. who was the sole child of Hanna C. Johnson (the tenth child of Alexander Coleman) who died intestate on November 3, 1965.

On December 17, 1995, William Johnson, Jr. dies, intestate, divorced, not remarried and with only one child, Alexis J. Harris.

On August 21, 1989, Robinete C. Walker dies, intestate, survived by her husband, Albert Roscoe Walker, Sr. and her three children, Lucyetta Bowman, Albert Walker, Jr. and Bernelle W. Luck at least one of these children is not a child of Albert Roscoe Walker, Sr.

On May 22, 1991, Lorenzo Lee Coleman died, intestate and not married, survived by his six children Yvonne Coleman, Eddie Coleman, Lewis Coleman, Cheryl Coleman, Viesta Coleman and Kelly Coleman

On September 14, 1992, Alexander Coleman died, Divorced, and intestate survived by five of his children and two grandchildren, Joyce Ann Coleman, Marcellus Coleman, Olivia Coleman, Ricardo Coleman, Gwendolyn C. Smith, Tracy Alexander and Shawanda Noble.

On June 10, 1997, Wallace Irving Coleman died, widowed, not remarried and survived by his three children, Valerie Coleman, Gwendolyn C. Lawrence and Hannah C. Johnson

On January 9, 2001, Calvin Coleman died intestate, survived by his wife, Betsy Elizabeth Coleman. All of his children were also children of his widow. On October 9, 2001, Joyce Ann Coleman died, intestate, survived by her husband, Eric Brown and two children, Gregory Eugene Coleman and Tony Edward Coleman. Her husband was not the father of both children.

On November 6, 2002, Albert Walker, Jr. died, intestate, survived by his wife, Cynthia Gail Walker and six children, Holly Williams, Delmont Walker, Albert Walker, III, Tiffany Walker, Hope Walker and Faith Walker. Only three of the children were children of his wife.

Hazel Coleman, the Widow of Alexander Coleman died on September 13, 2003 thereby extinguishing her dower interest.

It appearing that there are set out in the pleading as a person or persons, as defendants by the general description of “Unknown Heirs” And Other Unknown Parties who may have an interest in real property in the City of Richmond which parties are deemed interested in the above property to be divided or disposed of, with the nature of such interest described in the Complaint.
