•Rental of our romantic outdoor ceremony location - The Pointe Patio, with picturesque views of the Naples Bay and of The Pointe, our signature indoor reception venue with bayfront views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is decorated in elegant neutral colors and has hardwood flooring.
•Outdoor ceremony chairs, mahogany Chiavari reception chairs and 60” dinner round tables.
•Choice of elegant table linens along with votive candles, flatware and glassware. A selection of upgraded linens are available at an extra charge.
•Champagne Toast and tableside wine service during dinner
•A luxury One-bedroom Suite for the Bride and Groom’s wedding night with rose petal turndown and bottle of sparkling wine.

At Naples Bay Resort & Marina we only allow one wedding per day, guaranteeing your day will be our exclusive focus. All Weddings at Naples Bay Resort & Marina are exclusively handled by KC Weddings & Events of Naples. Partner and plan your special day with a Certified Wedding Professional; our Signature Wedding Package also includes the following services from KC Weddings:
•One-hour initial design and planning consultation.
•Personal site tour of the venue, guest rooms and resort amenities.
•One-hour final details meeting.
•One-hour ceremony rehearsal one day before the wedding.

Event Guidelines
MENU DETAILS
•We are happy to customize a special menu for your event.
•No outside food or beverage may be brought into Naples Bay Resort & Marina without prior notice. Client can provide special occasion cakes from established and licensed bakeries.
•Advanced notice is required to accommodate special dietary requests. On-site requests will be accommodated to the best of our abilities.
•Children’s pricing is available for kids 10 & under. Customized kids’ menus are available upon request.
•We are happy to prepare up to three entrées per event under the following guidelines:- Client will provide the total number of each entrée selection Ten (10) business days prior to the event.
- Client will provide escort cards or some other physical indicator to each guest that indicates their entrée selection.
- Any entrée selection changes made during the event are not guaranteed and will only be accommodated if they are available and agreed upon by the client in advance. There will be a flat fee of $45.00 for each entrée substitution made at time of event.
•Client is responsible for a mandatory labor set up fee of $250.00 for banquet events that are 20 guests or less.
•Naples Bay Resort & Marina can provide cake cutting for an additional fee of $75.00.
MENU TASTING GUIDELINES
•Naples Bay Resort & Marina requires a contracted food and beverage minimum spend of $12,000 to provide a complimentary tasting service for a maximum group of 4 people.
•Tasting time frame is 120 days prior to event.
•Tastings are for plated dinner courses only (does not include, starters, passed items or desserts).
•Tastings will consist of a single share plate of each item as it would be presented for attendees on the day of the event.
•Tastings do not include alcoholic beverages.
•Tastings are dependent upon the Chef’s availability and scheduling.
•Tastings are not to be offered for Buffet Selections.
BAR DETAILS
•The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Florida State Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. As a licensee, Naples Bay Resort & Marina is responsible for the administration of those regulations. It is part of our policy that no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the resort at any time. Naples Bay Resort & Marina also reserves the right to refuse service of any alcoholic beverages to a guest that is visibly intoxicated.
•Special beer, wine and liquor requests made outside of the brands found in the Catering Menus will require a minimum order and purchase amount.
•Client will be charged a bartender fee of $150.00 per bartender for a 4-hour event. One bartender per 75 guests is required.

•Cash Bars are subject to an additional cashier’s fee of $150.00. One cashier per 75 guests is required.
•The final food & beverage guarantee is due ten (10) business days prior to your event. Should the final guarantee number of guests not to be received ten (10) days prior to your event, the contracted number of guests will be the basis for the billing charges.
EVENT DETAILS & BILLING
•To reserve a specific event date, we require a signed agreement and an initial deposit of $2,900. A progress payment of 25% of the estimated Food and Beverage spend will be due within 90 days of the signed agreement.
•Final payment is due seven days prior to the event. Any additional Charges incurred during the event will be invoiced to the client within ten business days after the event.
•All indoor events must conclude by 11:30 P.M. Any events that go beyond the contracted time will be subject to additional hourly fees. All outdoor events must conclude at 10:00 P.M. due to local noise ordinance.
•Wedding Rehearsal - All wedding packages are inclusive of a one (1) hour rehearsal prior to the wedding ceremony, which is conducted during our regular operating hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Please note that rehearsal days and times are subject to availability. Rehearsals that require more than one (1) hour shall incur an additional charge of $150.00/hr.
•All contracted event vendors must provide Naples Bay Resort & Marina with the required insurance documents for pre-approval 30 days prior to your event date.
•All personal items provided in advance by the bride and groom must include an inventory list and have a designated person to setup and teardown the items by the end of the night. Everything must be removed from The Pointe prior to midnight. Naples Bay Resort & Marina is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left after an event.
