The finest materials from sustainable sourcesOur furniture is made from only the highest grade natural materials used for strength, resilience and flexibility (cheap alternatives will be brittle and can fray). These are carefully selected and harvested from sustainable sources in South East Asia, an area renowned for high quality materials, and our factory ensures that all employees enjoy high standards of welfare, pay and equality.

All our frames are hand-made using traditional techniques, with the long thicker Canes and smaller gauges which are tightly woven and known as Rattan. These can be left natural with a protective matt finish or washed in a colour.

Banana leaf is an attractive alternative to Rattan. The leaves have very strong fibres which, when dried and twisted, make long exceptionally resilient rope-like strands with varied hues. Kubu is another type of Rattan, which is distinctive because of its thickness and unique earthy colours.

Unlike fully upholstered and leather furniture, these natural materials withstand heat and humidity, making them an ideal choice for rooms with above average sunlight. They are also easy to maintain and clean.

Fully sprung basesThe majority of our ranges have fully galvanised steel sprung bases.

The most resilient and comfortable cushions, made in the UKFor long-lasting good looks and performance, we use top quality upholstery foam for seat cushions which is specially designed to keep its shape. The fitted back cushions are filled with resilient and comfortable fibre materials.

All cushions have fully removable covers for dry cleaning and most cushion seats and backs are fully reversible.

Sumptuous and stylish! Our rugs are sourced from established experts, carefully chosen to coordinate
