Inferences:-

The land value is very high along the roads.

The value decreases as we move away from the C.B.D

But sometimes this rule does nt work, as there are intermediate(smaller) C.B.D, so there is variation in the land value in it’s influencing areas.

As C.B.D mostly consists of commercial , so the land value of the commercial is high.

As govindpura is an induatrial area, as it is unfavourable area for living as well as for commercial purposes, the land value is less.
