MARKETING PLAN

POSTERS Similar to the Drama Abroad posters now featured in ever hallway and studio, we create a visually appealing promotional poster for Additional Professional Training that clearly identifies what is available in Fall, Spring, and Summer.

ONE SHEETS We create a more detailed one sheet that advisors and studios can pass out to students with questions about what options are available for Additional Professional Training.

INTERNAL STUDIOS We work with Internal Studios to create well-designed marketing materials for their participation in Studio Fair.

FREE FOOD We know that the best way to get students to attend an event is to market that there will be free food and then provide something beyond the pizza they have grown accustomed to.

SOCIAL MEDIA Leading up to the event we create an Instagram campaign giving ownership of our Instagram to a different studio each week #weekatclassical #weekatETW

We use social media to showcase testimonials and quotes from students that have explored Additional Professional Training options.

We live tweet and gram the Studio Fair to encourage students to come join us as it is happening.

SWAG & PRIZES We create cool graphic buttons for each studio that you can collect as you move through Studio Fair.

We pass out a tote bags or journals that features all studio names to each student that attends Studio Fair (or to the first x number that attend.)

We create a passport that students take with them from studio to studio on Studio Swap day. In each studio they receive a passport stamp. Students who visit more than x number of studios turn their passport in to be entered into a lottery for prizes (Broadway tickets, Bookstore gift cards, Chipotle or Fresh& Co gift cards.)

SECOND YEAR BROWN-BAG LUNCHES Prior to registration, Advisors visit the second year students in their studios for a brown bag lunch to answer questions about Additional Professional Training options.
