Outback Portable Cabins Flat Pack Cabin Installation Instructions

1.Dis-assemble the flat pack cabin on concrete or level supported base, fold down the side floor extensions and bolt to the main floor with bolts provided.

2. Remove the steel angle used to fix the flat packing, then fix the aluminium angle around the steel base.

Note: Bolts, screws, rivets and sealer supplied in kit

4. INSTALL THE ROOF - After finishing the installation of the walls, fix the centre purlins, join the two side purlins by bolts, and fix the purlin on the end walls by screws. Fix the roof panel on the purlin and wall panels by screws(Steps 4, 5, 6)

5. Install the colorbond steel capping for the ridge, eaves and wall corners.

6. Waterproofing - Seal the ridge and eaves by flexible sealant

also seal the screws on the roof.
