Getting your system ready for STC
• Phase I – CourseMapping– Local course codes = AZ state course codes
• CourseWalk Application• Student-Information-System (SIS)
• Phase II – SIS configuration– Configuration of SIS system ensures that data
extract can be submitted to state in the required format, containing the required data• SIS Vendors
– Working with ADE– Contact them ASAP
Making the STC magic happen
• Phase III – Data Submission Window– District file
– 40th day, 100th day and EOY (windows of submission)• 40th day = Mid-September – Mid-December• 100th day = TBD• EOY = TBD
– File extract created by SIS is uploaded into State Report Manager application
