Parking for students is available at our school site. Although the District is providing parking in designated areas, the District and/or VMHS assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to any vehicle. In order to park on VMHS premises the following regulations MUST be adhered to.

Student parking on campus is by PERMIT ONLV. Parking is at your own risk. Fill out the Vehicle Registration fonn at the bottom of this notice and submit it with a copy of the Student's Driver's License and return to the bookkeeper's window.

There will be a $20.00 charge for a Parking Penn it. Additional pennits for a second car, replacement pennits, lost or damaged pennits will $25.00.

Cars MUST be parked in designated stalls ONLY. Students are to be in the parking lot only when arriving or leaving school. DO NOT store books, clothing or other items which may be needed during school in your car. You will not be allowed to go to your car during the school day. For emergency situations, report to the security office for assistance.

No student parking will be available in designated STAFF parking stalls at any time.

Students violating any parking policy may receive a parking citation. (See student handbook and/or attached parking regulations for reference). Parking citation lines are paid to an outside agency listed on the citation, Failure to pay the line may result in increased penalties and a report to the DMV. Violation include but are not limited to: failure lo properly display a parking permit on the rearview mirror or dash; parking in reserved stalls: blocking vehicles, traffic lanes, ramps or sidewalks.

It is the student's responsibility to arrive at school with enough time to find a parking stall. In the event that the lots are filled to capacity, the student may legally park on the white curbs located in the parking lots. Both tires must be within 18 inches from the curb. The vehicle cannot block traffic, parked cars, ramps, reserved stalls, "no" parking spaces nor sidewalks.

!fa student accidently causes damage to any vehicle on school premises, by law the student must leave correct contact infonnation on the damaged vehicle. Hit and Run Violations are a crime and will result in revoked or suspended parking privileges. And c1111 result in a report liled with the Murrieta Police Department. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REVOKED PARKING PERMITS
