There are many departments of administration for themaintenance of college information and student databasesin any institution. %ll these departments pro!ide !arious records regardingstudents. Most of these track records need to maintaininformation about the students. This information could bethe general details like student name/ address/

performance/ attendance etc or specific information relatedto departments like collection of data.

%ll the modules in college administration areinterdependent. They are maintained manually. So theyneed to be automated and centrali:ed as information fromone module will be needed by other modules.
