student menusThese menus have been devised especially for student events. We can deliver catering into any classroom and most concourse levels on campus. When you make your catering booking, suitable areas for catering will be discussed with you.

To help your event run smoothly, and to allow flexibility in terms of where and when catering can be supplied, we will provide disposable cutlery for any food items requiring cutlery.

Classic Sandwich Platter (5 rounds) £12.00(4 quarters per person) served on assorted fresh breads; choose from the following fillings:• vegetarian• fish• meat• mixed

Classic Wrap and Roll Platters (5 rounds) £12.00 (2 halves of a roll and 1 half of a wrap per person)choose from the following fillings: • vegetarian• fish• meat• mixed

Selection of 10.5” pizzas £8.00 per pizza• chilli tuna• spicy pepperoni• classic margherita

Savoury Treats £2.50 per item • large cornish pasty • chicken and mushroom slice • peppered steak slice • vegetable slice

Sweet Treats £1.75 per item• pecan pie, slice • fruit salad, bowl • jam doughnut (2 per person) • strawberry cheesecake, slice

These finger food options can be enjoyed with wine as part of a classic evening reception, or mixed with the sandwich platters to offer something more substantial.

Cold Options • farmhouse pate with crackers• mini pork pies (1 per person)• mini scotch eggs (2 per person) • cheese sticks & dips• cheese & tomato quiche• smoked salmon skewers (2 per person)

Our selection of hot fork buffet options can be enjoyed either as an informal self serviced dinner or a standing buffet. Catering will be laid out at a central buffet station, and disposable crockery and cutlery will be along side allowing guests to help themselves.

Please choose one menu from the selection below all price at £9.50 per person. Minimum of 20 people required to order the buffet selection.

Dessert can be added for an additional £1.75 per person to make a two course meal. Please refer to the sweet treats selection for these.

Soft drinks can be collected from Level 1, Sherfield building.

Delivered beverages can be taken to any of the areas that are approved for catering by the college and disposable cups will also be provided.

We will provide you with a booking form and terms and conditions, please complete and return to the Conference and Events Office.

Conference and Events Office opening hours are 10 am- 2 pm Monday-Friday.

ENGLISH ROAST BUFFETRoast Beef Menu• roast beef with homemade yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce• mushroom ravioli in a creamy tomato sauce and garlic bread• roast potatoes and a selection of vegetables

Roast Turkey Menu • roast turkey with cranberry sauce and stuffing• roasted nut loaf with tomato chutney• thyme and garlic potatoes and a selection of vegetables

Roast Pork Menu• roasted loin of pork with crackling, apple sauce and stuffing• roasted pepper stuffed with couscous• roast potatoes and a selection of vegetables

HEARTY HOT FORK BUFFET Menu 1 • irish stew with parsley dumplings• chickpea stew with tomatoes and chilli• buttered new potatoes with flat leaf parsley and a selection of vegetables

INTERNATIONAL HOT FORK BUFFETThai Menu • pad thai markarm ( tamarind chicken )• thai green vegetable curry• pad thai noodles

Indian Menu • chicken rogan josh• vegetable byriani• steamed rice

3 course formal dinner options available from £25 per person

These dinners can only be served in the Senior Common Room or the Queen’s Tower Rooms.
