The App StoreSM or Google PlayTM and search for the StudentHealth app. Tap Register Now and:

1. Enter your first name, last name, your student ID number and your date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy).

2. On the Credentials screen, select the username offered, or create one (usually firstname.lastname). Then create a password (at least six characters, with at least one letter and one number).

3. That’s all. You’re ready to log in and use the app whenever you want!
