At Student Adventures, the safety of every trip participant comes first.

The staff of Student Adventures has years of experience working with student groups and vendors in every major US city.

* We provide every trip participant with a lanyard and name badge that includes a 24-hour emergency toll-free phone number. If a trip participant becomes separated from the group, a simple phone call is all it takes to reconnect the two parties. As an additional safe-ty precaution, we encourage each participant to add this emergency number to his/her cell phone.

* We contract with hotels that are appropriate for student groups and have high safety standards and ratings.

* We offer and recommend optional nighttime security guards to ensure the safety of students and allow teachers and chaperones to get a good night’s rest.

* We only use motor coaches from reputable and dependable transportation specialists.

* We hire and contract student-friendly drivers with impeccable driving records.

* We offer expert advise on chaperone training and safe travel practices.

* We hire and train experienced Student Tour Directors who will travel with you throughout the duration of your tour. Our Tour Directors handle every trip detail and look out for the welfare of each person in the group.
