The Student Council and the Student Action Groups –what decisions have they been

involved in making?• Worked with Mrs Edmonds on how they would like

Uplands to develop in the future. This is included in the College Improvement Plan.

• Taken part in the interview for our new cover supervisors • Chosen the new Uplands PE kit• Have helped develop the new learning policy, the anti-

bullying policy and the drugs policy• Shaped the way the Breakfast Club has been set up• Interviewed the candidates for the Deputy Headteacher

posts.• Decided which animals they want to be kept in Science• Made decisions on the Uplands Behaviour Procedure

review. These have been included on the new version.• Made decisions about how the community space at

Sparrows Green should be developed
