breeding program. Enclosed you will find a copy of his pedigree and our policies concerning stud services to outside bitches. Before a commitment for breeding is made please consider the following.

Prior to a breeding agreement, we require from you:

1. A photocopy of your bitch's AKC registration.2. A legible five generation pedigree.3 A h f b h' OFA f ( ) ll l CERF f h h l 12 h ( 3. A photocopy of your bitch's OFA certification(s) as well as a clean CERF certification within the last 12 months (or a valid CHIC certificate within the last 12 months). 4. A negative Brucellosis titer certification, dated within 30 days before the mating.

Prior to an agreement to breed, our responsibilities to you are as follows:

1. To provide a photocopy of Harpo’s AKC registration.2. To provide a photocopy of Harpo’s OFA certification(s). 3. To provide a clear CERF certification within the last 12 months.4. Provide a legible five generation pedigree.

All proposed bitches must meet the following criteria:

1. The bitch must be in good physical condition. She must be free of fleas and ticks and have had a bath before she arrives. 2. The bitch must have a stable temperament. 3. The bitch must have proper dentition. We will not breed any bitch that is under or overshot or has three or more missing teeth.

Following an agreement to breed, it is required that you:

1. Pay all transportation costs for the bitch. Airport pick-up and delivery fees are included in the stud fee.2. Pay all veterinary costs, at the time of service, while the bitch is in our care. This would include progesterone testing,vaginal smears, artificial insemination (if the bitch is unreceptive to natural breeding, has a poor culture report, etc. ) 3. Pay all expenses if using fresh chilled semen, including collection kits, semen collection, shipping charges, etc.4. Agree that puppies resulting from this breeding shall not knowingly be sold either directly, or to an agent thereof, who sells outright or consigns to a pet shop, high volume kennel, or individual(s) whose purpose is mass production, wholesaling, or retailing of purebred dogs.wholesaling, or retailing of purebred dogs.

STUD SERVICE POLICY

1. The stud fee for Harpo – Multi BISS Am/Can Ch. The Villa’s Monkey Business is $650. Full payment is due upon the bitch’s arrival. 2. Two or more live puppies, seven days old, constitutes a litter. 3 If a breeding does not occur either naturally or artificially the owner of the stud dog will return the full stud fee 3. If a breeding does not occur, either naturally or artificially, the owner of the stud dog will return the full stud fee. 4. If the bitch does not whelp two or more live puppies, the stud dog owner will offer bitch owner ONE of the following options: a) a return of half of the stud fee; b) a repeat breeding to the same bitch, within 12 months of original breeding date, or c) a free breeding to a bitch of the bitch owner’s choosing within the same 12 month period of the original breeding date.
