Organizational issues we need to address

• Need to decide who is in and who is out, philosophically - not necessarily legally– Develop the executive management team– Need to make sure we include not those that are in the room.

• If we establish the LLC, some may need to put up money – does that change the level of organizational membership

• Social enterprise foundations – small business development centers

• Look at Foundations- that look at capacity building• Need to figure out IT – including electronic health records

It does not have the performance monitoring capabilities and data analytics to position us to be more competitive– “Home Tracks” system
