WARNINGFailure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or death.

NEVER leave child unattended. Always keep your child in view while in MIXX2 Stroller.

Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use seat belt. After fastening buckles, adjust belts to get a snug fit around your child.

Child may slip into leg openings and strangle. Never use in reclined carriage position unless the calf support is raised to cover the front opening.

Please save instruction manual for future use.

Avoid finger entrapment: Use care when folding and unfolding the MIXX2 Stroller. Be certain the MIXX2 Stroller is fully erected and latched before allowing your child near the MIXX2 Stroller.

NEVER use MIXX2 Stroller on stairs or escalators. You may suddenly lose control of the MIXX2 Stroller or your child may fall out. Also, use extra care when going up or down a step or curb.

Strangulation Hazard: Do not place items with a string around your child’s neck, suspend strings from this product, or attach strings to toys.

MIXX2 Stroller is to be used only at walking speed. Product is not intended for use while jogging, skating, etc.

Use of the MIXX2 Stroller with a child weighing more than 50 lbs (22.7 kg) or 45 in. (114.3 cm) tall will cause excessive wear, and stress on the MIXX2 Stroller, and could create an unstable condition. Use the MIXX2 Stroller with only one child at a time.

NEVER allow your MIXX2 Stroller to be used as a toy.

Discontinue using your MIXX2 Stroller should it become damaged or broken.

Overloading, incorrect folding, and the use of accessories e.g. child seats, bag hooks, rain covers, buggy boards, etc… other than those approved by Nuna may damage or make this MIXX2 Stroller unsafe.

NEVER allow children to stand on the footrest.

This stroller has been designed to use from birth. We recommend using lowest reclined position for newborn babies.

This stroller does not replace a cot or a bed. Should your child need to sleep, they should be placed in a crib or approved sleeping area based on your child’s requirements.

The parking brake should be engaged when the stroller is stopped and when placing and removing child.

DO NOT place any item on the canopy.

Only use Nuna accessories with your MIXX2 Stroller. Adding accessories such as purses, shopping bags, or parcels to the handle or canopy can cause the MIXX2 Stroller to be unstable.

DO NOT use storage basket as a child carrier.

ALWAYS check that the seat unit, and car seat attachment devices are correctly engaged before use.

To prevent a hazardous, unstable condition, do not place more than 10 lbs (4.5 kg) in the storage basket.

To prevent a hazardous, unstable condition, do not place more than 1 lbs (.45 kg) in the storage pocket on the back of the seat.

Opening the MIXX2

Before setting up the stroller, flatten the carton and place it on the floor.

1 - Open the storage latch as shown. 2 - Rotate the handle (1) to the rear of the stroller until it clicks into the open position.

Squeeze the handle (2) on the back of the seat and rotate the backrest to the upright position. CHECK that the stroller is completely latched open before continuing.

Assembling the Canopy3 - Line up the canopy visor zipper with the zipper on the inside of the front edge of canopy. Completely zip the canopy visor onto the front of canopy.

4 - Insert the canopy clips into the canopy mounts on the sides of the stroller until they click into place.

Assembling the Front Wheels5 - Push wheels onto the front leg tubes until they click into place. CHECK that wheels are securely attached by pulling down.

6 - To remove front wheels, press the button and pull wheel down.

Assembling the Rear Wheels and Storage Basket1 - MAKE SURE the brake lever is facing up before attaching to frame. Push brake assembly onto the rear leg tubes until it clicks into place. CHECK that brake assembly is securely attached by pulling on it.

2 - Line up the tab on the wheel axle with the groove in the brake assembly and push rear wheel onto the brake assembly until it clicks into place. Repeat with the other wheel on other side of brake assembly. CHECK that wheels are securely attached by pulling on them.

3 - To remove rear wheel, press the button (1) and pull wheel off (2) of brake assembly.

4 - Wrap the basket flap around the rear frame tube and fasten the 3 snaps.

Assembling the Armbar

WARNING Always secure the child with the harness. The armbar is not a restraint device.

5 - To attach armbar, insert the armbar into channels on both sides of the seating area.

6 - To remove, push the buttons on the outside of the stroller as shown.

7 - Fasten the inner snaps of the seat pad to the inside of the seating area as shown.

Stroller set up is complete.

Securing Your Child

WARNING Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the seat belt.

1 - To unfasten the buckle, push on center button and remove the clips.

2 - To secure child, insert waist strap clips to harness strap clips then insert into the center buckle until it clicks.

3 - To tighten harness around your child for a snug fit, slide the adjusters on the straps. For a snug fit, the space between the child and the shoulder harness should be about the thickness of one hand.

Adjusting the Shoulder Harness Position4 - Accessing the shoulder harness varies by model. To adjust the position of the shoulder harness anchor, either open the zipper on the seat back, or unfasten the snaps located behind the storage pocket and lift up the flap. Turn the harness anchor to fit through the harness slot. Push retainer through to front of the seat.

5 - From front of seat, unfasten the snap at the top of the seat pad and pull the harness strap through the seat pad.

6 - Re-insert the harness strap through the desired set of harness slots in the seat pad and seat back that are closest to your child’s shoulders. Repeat with other strap.

CHECK to MAKE SURE that you have inserted the harness straps through the same set of harness slots for each harness strap.

Depending on model, either zip the zipper on the seat back, or close the flap and refasten the 4 snaps to the back of the seat.

Using the Canopy 1 - To open or close the canopy, push or pull the canopy to the front or back as shown.

2 - Lift the canopy window for added convenience when looking at baby.

Canopy is NOT recommended to be removed.

Front Swivel Locks3 - It is recommended to lock the swivel wheels when traveling on uneven surfaces.

To LOCK swivel wheel, squeeze and slide tab to rear of stroller. You may need to move wheel to get it to lock.

To UNLOCK swivel wheel, push tab towards front of stroller.

Brake

WARNING CHECK that the brakes are on by trying to push the stroller.

4 - To UNLOCK wheels, press down on front of brake lever.

5 - To LOCK wheels, press down on rear of brake lever.

Handle Positions - 36 - To adjust the height of the handle, squeeze the buttons on inside of the handle and pull the handle up or down. It may help to lock the brake while adjusting the handle.

Adjusting the Recline1 - There are 5 positions for the backrest. To recline the backrest, squeeze the adjustment handle, and pull seat down to desired position.

To raise the backrest, squeeze handle and rotate seat to upright position.

Adjusting the Calf Support The calf support has 3 positions.

2 - To raise the calf support, lift it up as shown.

3 - To lower the calf support, press in both buttons on the sides and rotate the calf support downward.

Reclined Carriage Position

WARNING • Child may slip into leg openings and strangle.

• NEVER use in reclined carriage position unless the calf support is raised to cover the front opening.

• DO NOT use enclosure with an older child that can push up on hands and knees or crawl out.

When using the stroller in fully reclined carriage position, follow these steps:

4 - Remove the arm bar.

5 - Fully recline seat, rotate footrest to upright position and unfasten the flaps underneath the calf support.

6 - Fasten the flaps to the snaps on the inside of the seating area on both sides of the seat.

Reversing the Seat The seat can be reversed to be parent-facing or forward-facing.

1 - Squeeze the seat release buttons and lift seat up.

2 - Turn the seat to be parent-facing, and then re-insert into the seat mounts until you hear them click into place.

CHECK to make sure seat is securely attached by pulling up on it.

Folding the StrollerBefore folding, push the canopy to rear of stroller.

4 - Squeeze the handle (1) on the back of the seat and rotate the backrest to the stored position (2).

5 - Pull up on the fold levers (3) and push the stroller forward to fold.

6 - The storage latch will engage automatically when the stroller is completely folded.

Zippered Storage Basket (certain models ONLY)3 - To access the storage basket, unfasten the zipper. as shown.

AccessoriesNuna PIPA Infant Car Seat Adapters

WARNING• Avoid serious injury from child falling out. Always secure

child in the infant car seat harness as explained in your infant car seat manual before attaching the infant car seat to the stroller.

• NEVER place infant car seat in the stroller seat.

• ONLY USE THE NUNA PIPA INFANT CAR SEAT with this stroller. NEVER use other manufacturer’s infant car seats with this stroller unless approved by the manufacturer.

• ONLY install your PIPA infant car seat REAR-FACING on the adapters.

When using your Nuna PIPA infant car seat, please follow these instructions:

REMOVE STROLLER SEAT FROM FRAME IF ATTACHED.

1 - To attach adapters, insert adapters onto mounts until they click into place. PULL UP on adapters to make sure they are securely attached.

2 - Line up the infant car seat handle hubs with the adapters as shown.

3 - Insert the infant car seat into the adapters until it CLICKS into place. PULL UP on the infant car seat to make sure that it is securely attached into the adapters.

Raincover

WARNING• TO AVOID POSSIBLE SUFFOCATION, NEVER place

your child into the stroller with rain cover attached during hot weather.

• NEVER leave child unattended in this product.

• ALWAYS check that the rain cover has been cleaned and dried before folding.

• DO NOT fold the stroller after assembling the rain cover.

• MAKE SURE the canopy is completely open before attaching the rain cover.

6 - To assemble the stroller rain cover, place it over the stroller seat exactly as shown.

Infant Car Seat Adapters (cont.)4 - To remove car seat, press the buttons located on the sides of the Nuna infant car seat and lift the carseat off the adapters.

5 - To remove adapters, pull the release button on adapter and lift the adapter off the stroller frame. Repeat on other adapter.

If you have any problems using the infant car seat, please refer to the infant car seat instruction manual.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Your MIXX2 Stroller is a valuable piece of equipment and deserves careful handling.

You can clean the frame, the plastic parts, and the fabric with a damp cloth, but don’t use abrasives or bleach.

• Fabric is machine washable on warm setting. 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degree Celsius)

• Drip dry. DO NOT BLEACH. DO NOT IRON.

• Do not use silicone lubricants, as they will attract dirt and grime.

• Continued and extended exposure to sunlight can change the color of many materials.

• Do not store your MIXX2 Stroller in a damp place.

• Always allow the fabric to dry naturally away from direct heat.

• For reasons of safety, only use original Nuna parts.

• Clean the wheels regularly with water and remove the dirt.

• Lubricate moving parts with a light, non-toxic oil. Be careful not to apply light oil to the wheel bearings.

• To ensure the long-lasting use of your MIXX2 Stroller, wipe it off with a soft, absorbent cloth after using it in rainy weather.

• It is normal for fabric to discolor from sunlight and to show wear and tear after a long period of use, even when used normally.

Cleaning and Maintenance (cont.)

• Discontinue use if any parts are torn, broken, or missing.

• To clean the armbar or handle, wipe clean with damp cloth and then allow to air dry before storing.

• DO NOT clean your product with strong cleaners or solvent as it may damage the material.

• DO NOT expose your product to organic solvents like alcohol.

WARNINGFailure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or death.

For use in Bassinet ModeTHIS BASSINET is suitable for use with children who weigh up to 20 lbs (9 kg) (birth–6 months) and whose height is 27 in. (68 cm) or less.

FALL HAZARD—To help prevent falls, do not use this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 20 lbs (9 kg), whichever comes first.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD—

Infants have suffocated:

• In gaps between extra padding and side of the bassinet, and

• On soft bedding.

USE ONLY the pad provided by manufacturer. NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.

Assembling the Bassinet Support Mounts

1 - Remove the mattress pad and rotate the Attachment Mounts out from the center of the bassinet.

2 - Unfasten the hook and loop strips and lift the fabric away from inside the bassinet to access the two Support Mounts, which are located under the fabric at the canopy and foot ends of the bassinet.

3 - Holding the top rail of the foot end, push the Support Mount back to raise the end of the bassinet.

4 - Rotate the Support Mount down towards the latch at the bottom of the bassinet as shown.

5 - Push the Support Mount into the latch on the bottom of bassinet until it clicks into place. Repeat on the canopy end of the bassinet.

6 - To fold, push button on the latch and pull Support Mount out.

Assembling the Attachment Mounts1 - Make sure the Attachment Mounts are outside of the bassinet.

2 - Rotate the Attachment Mounts down the side of the bassinet on both sides until they click into the latch as shown.

Make sure you hear a “click”.

3 - To disassemble the bassinet, push the button on the latch on the underside of the bassinet and pull the Attachmment Mount out.

Using the Canopy4 - To open the Canopy, rotate the Canopy up.

5 - The handle will stop in the convenience position for accessing child. To continue to open the canopy further, push the buttons on both sides of the handle and pull canopy towards the foot end of the bassinet until it clicks into the fully extended position.

Be sure handle is locked in the fully extended position before lifting the bassinet by the handle.

6 - To close the Canopy, press the Canopy Folding Buttons simultaneously on both sides, and rotate down.

Removing the Canopy 1 - To remove, unfasten the canopy zipper located on the bottom panel of the canopy as shown.

2 - Unfasten the zipper located on the inside of the canopy handle.

3 - Remove canopy from the bassinet.

Using the Dream Drape™

4 - Pull out the dream drape from underneath the flap under the canopy as shown.

5 - Attach the magnets on the corners of the dream drape to the side rails of the bassinet.

6 - Lift up the panel on the rear of the canopy for more ventilation.

To store, tuck the dream drape back under the flap underneath the canopy.

Using the Canopy Visor1 - To attach the Canopy Visor, zip it to the underside of the canopy on both sides of handle.

Canopy flips in or out for added sun protection.

To remove the Canopy Visor, unzip it from the Canopy on both sides of the handle.

Inserting the Mattress Pad

WARNINGTo avoid serious injury, always use the Mattress Pad when using the bassinet.

2 - CHECK to make sure the bottom of the bassinet fabric is securely fastened.

3 - Insert the Mattress Pad into the bassinet so that the opening seam on the Mattress Pad is on the bottom.

4 - Mattress Pad should be completely flush with the bottom of the bassinet.

5 - To wash the mattress cover, unfasten the hook and loop strips on the bottom of the Mattress Pad and remove it. Machine wash. Line dry only. DO NOT wash the Mattress Pad.

Using the Bassinet Cover1 - Place the Bassinet Cover on top of the bassinet so the closed section is on the foot end.

2 - Fasten the Bassinet Cover with the magnets to the sides of the bassinet and at the foot end.

Using the Bassinet on the MIXX series Stroller in Carry Cot Mode

WARNING• The MIXX series Bassinet, when used on the MIXX series stroller, can only be used as a Carry Cot.• Never leave child unattended.• Check to be sure Carry Cot is securely attached by pulling up on the Carry Cot.• The Carry Cot can only be used with the MIXX series Stroller.• Do not fold the stroller when the Carry Cot is attached.3 - Line up the mounts on the side of the Carry Cot with the stroller mounts as shown. 4 - Attach to the MIXX series Stroller mounts by inserting the Attachment Mounts onto both sides of the stroller frame until the Carry Cot CLICKS into place. CHECK to make sure it is securely attached by pulling up on it. The Carry Cot can attach in a rear-facing or forward-facing mode when on the stroller frame.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Your MIXX series Bassinet is a valuable piece of equipment and deserves careful handling.

You can clean the frame, the plastic parts, and the fabric with a damp cloth, but don’t use abrasives or bleach.

• Please handle your MIXX series Bassinet with care.

• Do not use abrasives or bleach.

• The Mattress Cover and Bassinet Cover can be removed and machine-washed. Line dry only.

• Do not wash the Mattress Pad.

• To ensure the long-lasting use of your bassinet, wipe it dry with a soft, absorbent cloth after using in the rain.

• Continued and extended exposure to sunlight can change the color of many materials.

• Never modify any part of the bassinet. Only use parts originally provided by Nuna.

• Regularly check if any parts are torn, broken, or missing and that everything functions properly. Stop using the bassinet if damaged or missing parts.

• Do not attempt to disassemble the bassinet further than these instructions allow.

1 The Nuna footmuff should not cover the child’s face. Partially unzip both sides of the footmuff and fold down; secure with magnets as shown.
