HJ AHMAD RAJI YAAKUB is the Chief Operating O�cer of Irshad HR Consulting. A Senior Consultant and HRD Specialist he has been involved in numerous training and consulting assignments in the areas of Succession Planning, Strategic Planning, Corporate Culture Development, Motivation and Attitudinal Development, Leader-ship Development, and Training and Human Resource Development. He holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development (UPM), a Bachelor degree in Business Administration (USA) and a Certi�cate in Training Management. Hj Ahmad Raji has personally designed, developed, and delivered more than 100 train-ing programmes for various companies and government agencies in Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, and China.
