Overview

Strategic Planningis the process of formulating and implementing decisions about an organization future direction.

Strategic Quality Management (SQM) is a process of continuous improvement. It involves all of the organizational elements, namely inputs, processes, outputs and outcomes, meshing and blending together to deliver client satisfaction.

SQM in educationthe capacity of a graduate depends on several factors, in particular in the inputs: Teaching learning processes Learning resources Student’s socio economic characteristic teacher
