Identify the top five priorities of the strategy execution for yourself.

Ask the CEO, “What are your top five priorities to execute the strategy?”

Ask the CEO’s direct reports, “What are the organization’s top five priorities to execute the strategy?”

Ask middle managers what they see as the top five priorities to execute the strategy.

Host a meeting to review, identify and resolve any discrepancies to ensure everyone’s priorities are aligned.
