PROGRAM OVERVIEW Overview This practical workshop provides participants with a framework and

the tools to enable a structured approach to corporate recovery. It draws on Australian and international case studies including interviews with leading turnaround practitioners and corporate bankers. This workshop is offered in conjunction with the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
