This presentation introduced Strategic Doing to the Australia New Zealand Regional Science Association. President of the Association, Paul Collits, invited me to make this presentation after he had studied our work. In his keynote address to the meeting, Paul noted, "Local economic development is the identification of local assets for growth and leveraging them through collaboration. The best methodology I have seen in twenty years for achieving this is called Strategic Doing."
