HIGHER GROUND

The Higher Ground Restaurant forms part of the One & All Club of the Old Stithians Association. The Club was relocated to this spot when the Junior Prep School needed to expand eastwards into the old One & All Club buildings near the Astros.

The restaurant provides one of the best views in Johannesburg and is open to OSA Alumni, Saints family members and the public. It is open for breakfasts, lunches and dinner, seven days a week.

There are adjacent function rooms that provide a venue for gatherings of up to 350 people. From a small committee meeting to organise a dinner, the OSA has become an Association with global impact it numbers nearly 11 000 alumni, men and women of courage and character, living the legacy of St Stithians College across the world.

Walter McFarlane, in ‘To Serve the Future Hour’, reflects that St Stithians has been blessed by people who ‘arise to serve the school selflessly and brilliantly’.
