Awarded: 1000This project is about photography for individual models and encouragingimperfections and loving the body you have. Lois aims to Show people that

beauty is not just vogue models; stamping out size zero.

Project:Dance in Peace

Aims to bring peace between dancers by creating a showcase that will inspiredancers and other people to get the message across i.e. dancers work togetherrather than fighting against each other. This will be achieved by putting on adance showcase and creating a big piece with dancers in the industry. Thisproject will reduce rivalry between different dance companies/schools andinspire young people to do something with there life rather than hanging on

the streets.

Project:Inspire the Youth

This project is based on Ammanuels experience of leaving care and wantingto create accessible advice and information for other young people about

making this transition. Ammanuel plans to run a series of fact findingworkshop to inform an insert section into Exposure magazine raisingawareness of all the life skills you need to survive on your own!

Did you know that around 75,000 young people experience homelessnessevery year! Learning this spurred our young people into action! Zahrah andTatiana want to tackle this issue head on by arranging a volunteering session

There are not many club or groups for young people in my area, so we wouldlike to form a group to learn how to cook meals from our own and different

Project:REMEMBER W HEN? Memor y Scrapbook

Will take video recordings of elderly people who would like to preserve theirmemories; perhaps reminiscing about war time etc. I will make a short film

with these memories and make a memory tree using the footage. Hopefullyengage younger people with older generations to make them more interestedand create a sense of realism that older people had lives too and how theirfuture was shaped.
