A Special Birthday

! My fourteenth birthday was special to me. We decided to go on a vacation to Iowa, Milwaukee, and Wisconsin Dells. We left for deep river Iowa were my Aunt, Uncle, and Cousins live. We stayed with my Aunt Diane and Uncle Rich. We played around on their farm for two days then on July 4th we went to Des Moines, Iowa to go to Adventure Land. My family and I had tons of fun there and we went on tons of rides and we went to the water park it was huge! Then we went to Milwaukee and helped out my Grandpa with chores around the house. Then we went to Wisconsin Dells and went to the Kalahari on my birthday July, 6th. When we got into the family sweet there was a birthday cake with candles on the bed with balloons! Then I got on my swimsuit and went straight to the water park. There was a big slide and I went down it I felt as fast as a cheetah. I went to the indoor amusement park, and rode the big ferris wheel with my sister and played tons of games. I had tons of fun and I got new hockey stick the newest Bauer Vapor stick. It was black with a grey stripe on the shaft of the hockey stick. Then my family and I all packed up three days after my birthday, and went home sweet home. We came back to the bark bark of our two dogs Maggie and Duke.

A Time I Saw Someone Get In Trouble

! I was at the elementary school field at football practice, and heard the loud sirens and saw the dazzling red and blue lights of a police car. Everyone looked over their shoulders and saw the car burring out of the parking lot. Wee Woo We Woo (police sirens). The car was a dark blue truck with big wheels, and it burned out of the parking lot. It was really loud and everyone heard it. The police suburban pulled them over for a long time and checked their licensees and registration and gave them a ticket. Everyone was glancing over at the vehicles even though we should of been focusing on practice. At the time I was doing line backer drills when I used quick feet and shuffled through cones then wrapped up on coach Dryer. It was towards the end of practice so when practice was over my team all walked back and saw that the car and police officer were still. It was probably embarrassing for him to get pulled over then have the a lot of football players watch him. I went into the locker room and when i came out to walk home the vehicles were gone. I’m going to guess that this high schooler got a ticket for reckless driving for probably around two-hundred dollars. I bet you his or her parents were not happy about that one. There’s no point to doing a burn out not to mention its bad for your car.

! My name Robert means easy going and pleasant. Robert is a strong name and manly name. I feel like my name represents me, and all of the choices I make. My parents wanted to pick out an original name for me so they chose Robert. When people hear Robert they think of an American or German name which is what my ethnicity is. People have told me that my name Robert is wise like a tiger.

! Robert is easy to spell and is a commonly known name. Many kings were named Robert, maybe that means I will be someday be successful. A nickname to Robert is Bob or Rob i hear some people call me that but it Bob does not seem as original to me as Robert or Rob. The German definition for Robert is bright fame, so if I go by the German definition I will be famous for something. My name means out going, my name means Nice to be around, and my name means famous.

! Robert is commonly known in America and around the world. Robert is known highly in United States, England, Canada, Germany, Australia, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Scotland, and many more. When my parents named me Robert they were thinking about having a brown hair child which is the original color of my hair. They were going to call me Mike or Michael after my Father but they both thought it would be confusing. My name Robert means easy going and pleasant.

Positive Story From School

! I remember the day that I got an A on my Science test with Mr.Dammon. It was around February and I worked so hard on studying for this Science test. It was on Magnetism, Electricity, Motors, and More! I studied for one week every night for one hour, and it was most defiantly worth every second of it. I had difficulty memorizing all the vocabulary words, and what the definition of each of them were. When I took Mr.Dammon’s test I felt confident, and smoothly went through the test. When i heard the Beep of the bell I knew that all the effort and time spent was most defiantly worth it. I am extremely happy, and my parents are too. When I took the test I went through and answered all the questions that I thought were easy then went back to the ones that I thought were harder. Then I double checked every question, and answer and caught a few mistakes on the vocabulary. When I was studying it was as boring as watching water boil. What I found that worked was writing the word on one side of the flash card, then the answer on the other side then went through the flash cards several times. I remember I was at home and decided to quick check my grades and I saw that my Physical Science grade improved so I looked into it and saw I got an A on it. It was a great feeling.

A Special Holiday

! Three years ago my aunt, uncle, and three cousins came over for Easter Sunday. I woke up around 7:00 searched and searched for my easter basket from the easter bunny. After about ten minutes I look in the oven and found my beautiful easter basket. There was green hay and tons of chocolate candies. Of course the easter bunny brought me my favorite candy Recess Peanut Butter Cups. Then my family and I went to church down in Lacrosse it was a two hour mass, and I fell asleep. After mass we all pilled into the car and drove back to our little town of West Salem. When we got there my parents put Steph, John, Me and all of our cousins in the basement and hid a ton of easter eggs all around our yard. When they were done we all went out there finding the easter eggs it was so much fun. Afterwards all of the us kids were hyper on easter candy, and our parents could not get us to settle down. Sinking my teeth into that delicious chocolate was like heaven. We had a big Easter Sunday meal there was turkey, chicken, yams, crescent rolls, it was amazing. Afterwards me and my cousins boyfriend went out into my back yard and played football. He could throw like no other I thought he had the best arm at football in the whole world. Then I tried to tackle him, but I did not succeed it is okay though everyone had a great time.

Advice From An Adult

! My Mom always told me to watch what I say on the internet. Ever since the internet is getting more accessible my Mom always said to watch what I say, because people are able to trace it. I like the internet I honestly think its a great tool, but I do not like the fact that what ever you type, send, post can basically be recorded. I do not like that employers, coaches, and colleges are looking up everyone on the internet. I try to stay off the internet or watch what I say, because the last thing I want to happen is have someone trying to hire me quote something I said on the internet and not get the job. Some people abuse the internet and use it for cyber-bulling I think that is so wrong. The people that invented the internet intended it to be a useful tool for education and learning not a place to bully other people. The internet is like a tool box it has everything you need. I completely understand what my mom is talking about when she told me that because anyone can easily take a screen shot of anything I do or say on the internet and send it to the whole world. Thats why I watch what I say before I say it. I wish we did not have the capability to be able to do that. It would be better world I think if everyones face is not always in a computer or cell phone. My Mom always told me to watch what I say on the internet.

A Special Family Member

! A special family member to me is my Mother. My mom’s name is Connie Glassmaker. She owns Jacobson Dental, and is the best! My mom has taught me so much and always taught me that whatever happens to you no one can ever take away your education. She is right no one can, so you should try your hardest to learn while you can. She has a doctors degree in college and graduated from Marquette University and Madison University. She is someone to look up to. My mom is so peaceful and can solve anything I always think of her like a wise older person. My mom loves movies like Lord of The Rings, Matrix, Resident Evil, and of course Anchorman The Legend of Ron Burgundy. I remember the first time I watched that movie with her it was so funny. I always go to movies with her whenever we can, because we just both enjoy them. She is also my dentist when ever she drills in my teeth I do not like it all i can hear is the bzzzz of the drill, and it feels very weird on your teeth. She is very good at what she does, and I am proud of her. She is the best mom in the whole world, and I could not ask for anyone else. She always comes to me whenever she needs help with her phone or anything like that. A special family member to me is my Mother.

A Happy Time For Me

!! Last summer I went to Noah’s Ark. I went with Chris Nelson and we both had fun. He slept over the night before, and we got up early and left for the Wisconsin Dells. When we got there we went on all the water slides. We went on one called the Scorpions Tail it was fast like a car going 120 miles per hour. The water slide makes it so then you can go upside down. Chris ended up cutting his back on the water slide and there was bright red blood. We met up with April and her step sister, they were there with their family, and we both found them in the wave pool. I had tons of strawberry banana smoothes, they tasted so good I spent a lot of money on them. We all went on the Black Anaconda it was really dark, and scary. It was like a water slide roller coster, and it sprung you out of the snake like structure very fast. Neither of us knew where we were going, because it was pitch black. After all of that we went to the pizza place inside of Noah’s Ark, and spent a fortune on pizza. It probably would of been a lot more cheaper to bring our own lunches like a sandwich. The park closed at 7:00 and we all got in the car and headed home. We dropped Chris off at his house then I went to my room plopped on my bed and fell asleep
