Introduction Store Manager is a database for U.S. Cellular Company owned and agent stores and kiosks. The only locations listed in this database are open locations with a verified floor plan, and agent locations that are under contract with USCC. This site will allow for greater efficiency and accuracy in shipping point of sale materials and collateral, as well as provide a consistency brand experience for our customers. Available to all U.S. Cellular Associates, this tool supports the Store Finder and Store Locator on the OLR and on the U.S. Cellular web site.

Logging into the Website The USC Store Manager website is accessible through the U.S. Cellular Online Services page (usccbrochurevault.com). Once at this page, select the Store Manager link from the list located in the upper left hand corner (Figure 1) or select the link located further down the page (Figure 2).

Once you have selected the link to Store Manager, you will be taken to the initial login page (Figure 3).

Next, enter your USER ID and Password.

Creating User ID and Password If you do NOT already have an account established, click “Anonymous” to login (Figure 4).

After accessing the system by clicking Anonymous, next click the “Create Account” button (Figure 5).

Then fill out all the fields in the screen below (Figure 6) and remember to create a password. It is highly recommended that you use your network username, and that you choose a different password than your network password. After completing all fields, hit the “Submit” button. To access the system, you will need to then logout of “Anonymous” and log back in using your new account information.

Don’t Remember Your Password If you have forgotten your password, click on the Don’t Remember Your Password? link (Figure 7).

This link will take you to a page that will require you enter your e-mail address and User Name (optional). Your password will then be sent to the e-mail address if this address matches what is on file. (Figure 8)

U.S. Cellular Store Manager Welcome Page Once you have logged into the site, you will see a greeting welcoming you to the site (Figure 9A).

If you are an Approver (DOS or assigned approver) to the General Info Page, your welcome page will appear slightly different (Figure 9B). You will also see a “Review Changes” button. You will use this to view your pending changes requiring approval.

As a Store Manager user, you will have access to multiple buttons at the welcome screen. These options will be explained in the following pages.

Search Option Use this functionality to search for a specific store location by the CARES ID or stores in a given state (Figure 10).

If you chose to search for stores by state, you will see a list of locations (Figure 11).

In the search list shown in Figure 11, closed stores are shown in a dark gray bar, stores needing approval are shown in pink, and open stores are shown in the lighter gray. Clicking on the link at the left of the search list will bring you to the Store Snapshot page (Figure 13) for that particular location. If your search requires more specific information, you may use the Advanced Search function (Figure 12).

This page will allow you to specify the store you’re looking for. You may also search for open and closed locations, only closed locations or only open locations. The default for this search is only open stores.

General Store Info This page contains all information for a particular store (Figure 13). Any changes to the elements on this page will be submitted to your DOS for approval. If approved, these changes will then be reflected on this page, as well as, on the Store Finder and Locator website. When a new store is added, the Retail Team will be notified and will load the floor plan for that store into the database. Only stores with approved floor plans will be added to Store Manager.

Shipping Info This page contains the shipping information for a particular store (Figure 14). All point of sale materials will be shipped to the location listed here. This page will be pre-populated with the physical address listed on the “General Store Info” page. There is no need to complete the shipping info section as long as the ship to address is the same as the physical address. If the shipping address varies from the physical address, enter that information on this page.

Promotional Info This page contains all of the possible promotional materials your store could utilize given the store generation of your particular store (Figure 15). Any updates to this page are submitted to the Retail Team at the RSO for approval.

Store Hierarchy This page contains associates related to a particular store (Figure 16). These names are fed to this site from Outperform. Any updates to this page must be submitted through Outperform.

Store Floor Plan (NEW!) You can access this new section by clicking the link on the Store Snapshot page (Figure 17).

This page contains a PDF of your floor plan. You will also notice that each fixture is numbered. The left side of the page reveals a written description of each fixture. (Figure 18)

To view the planogram for that fixture, simply select the fixture you want to see and click the "show fixture" tab that is above the list. The planogram for that fixture will pop up revealing any graphics that should be on that wall, correct placement and inventory codes. These planograms will be updated with every promotion. (Figure 19)
