A significant proportion of providers (80%) were not familiar with NAAT, and only 2% had used it
Provider-perceived barriers to STD screening and prevention activities for adolescents/young adults centered around confidentiality issues and discomfort about taking a sexual history
Providers were uncertain about health plan coverage for routine Chlamydia screening and use of NAAT
