To investigate the reasons for your DID, all aspects of you should be addressed: the emotional, mental and social issues. These are included in the My.EM process.

BUT

You must want things to be different, more than you want to hang onto the life you are living now.

What is Dissociative Identity Disorder

This disorder is ‘characterized by at least two distinct and relatively enduring identities, dissociated personality states

that alternately control a person's behavior, and is accompanied by memory impairment for important information not explained by ordinary forgetfulness’. wikapedia definition

Dissociative Identity Disorder: e.g. Write down the adversities which have affected you, e.g. loss of; relationships/work/

pets.E.g. What this means is: 13 year old Sally comes out and shoplifts. When Mary takes control of the body she has no

knowledge of what Sally has done; when she opens the boot of the car, she is horrified to find that it is full of stolen goods.

Below is the Diagnostic criteria from the DSM-5.1• Disruption of identity characterized by two or more distinct personality states (one of course can be the host, since this is also a dissociated state) or an experience of possession, as evidenced by discontinuities in sense of self, cognition, behavior, affect, perceptions, and/or memo-ries. This disruption may be observed by others, or reported by the pa-tient.2• Inability to recall important personal information, for everyday events or traumatic events, that is inconsistent with ordinary forgetfulness.3• Causes clinically significant distress and impairment in social, occu-pational, or other important areas of functioning.4• The disturbance is not a normal part of a broadly accepted cultural, religious practice, or part of the normal fantasy play of children.5• The disturbance is not due to the direct physiological effects of a sub-stance (e.g., blackouts or chaotic behavior during alcohol intoxication)or a general medical condition (e.g., complex partial seizures).

This is what happens to everyone! Your moods and roles (Your Sub-personalities) When you are born you are hard-wired to store your memories. As you have never lived in this body before, you need to have a way to store your life experiences. When you experience something for the first time before the age of 7, a spark goes off in your mind and a sub-personality is created to hold the experience. Then every time you experience this same or similar event, it builds onto the existing sub-personality. Over time sub-personalities become your moods or roles. They hold your learned skills. For example, at 3 years of age you may have ridden a bike for the first time. A sub-personality was created to hold this ex-perience. From then on, this sub-personality was activated every time you rode the bicycle. This became your bike-riding sub-personality. You grow up and twenty years later you hop on a bike, you wobble around for a while, then all of a sudden you are riding again. This is because your bike-riding sub-personality was activated and its skills became available to you. How many times have you said “I’m not in the mood”? One of the rea-sons for this is that the sub-personality who does this job, or holds this skill, is not available for you to use. Your moods and roles are your sub-personalities: your small frightened part, possibilities and responses are endless. You can have hundred and thousands of sub-personalities. All these parts make up your own unique personality.

So how are personalities formed?

How Personalities are created!

As a small child you are experiencing something for the first time! Your mind would normally create a sub-personality, but because this experi-ence is life threatening to you (so overpowering); and because you cannot run away physically from this experience, you run away in your head:

e.g. You go above your body and watch that little girl being raped! This little girl will become a distinct personality, who will usually have a name, and she has been created to take the rape/s, this is her job/role. Whenever you are raped again, she will trigger out and ‘take it’.

You will most likely create a new personality for every trauma from then on: that is why you can have many personalities. Your different person-alities will have different roles or jobs to do: protect, prostitute, student, mother, artist, little child etc.

Some personalities stay at the age they were created and others grow with the body; but can stop aging at any given time (often when the abuse stops). That is why your personalities are different ages.

Also your personalities can be so different in body shape and size e.g. You may be a female but have male personalities or visa versa . Your voice, hair, eyes, and facial features can all change when you switch to another personality.

If you were made to eat something that humans usually do not eat, you may create an animal e.g. A wolf personality who comes out to eat these things.

Remember you were a child when this happened and being imaginative and often fighting for your life the personalities can be anything! Once you have learned to dissociate; to create personalities, you use this as a your main means of coping, you create or switch to others in-stead of learning other coping mechanisms. As an adult you will need to learn other ways of coping.

An explanation of your different voices you hear in your head.

Good voices are your own personalities, they can be angels, ancestors and other spiritual persons e.g. your higher self, Mary and Buddha etc.

Bad voices could also be your personalities, who yell or scream abuse and try to control you.

Ugly voices. These are voices which are not ‘you’! These are called ‘negative inter-jects’ and come in many shapes and sizes. A ‘negative interject’ can be a abuser/perpetrator from your past, e.g. an abusive father yelling that you are no good, never amount to anything, hopeless, etc.

A ‘negative interject’ can also be a evil spirit/demon, a creature from another dimension (ET), an interdimensional (IT) or a monster. In the My.EM program you will learn how to differentiate and then heal or evict these voices.

Please take note In this process NO personality gets ‘killed off’! Every personality has the opportunity to be loved and healed: yes even the angry, abusive self harming ones!

Ask yourself; these personalities were created by you to cope! They took on a role: so your Miss Angry took your anger, Mr. Depression look your depression, unfortunately as these are locked into the trauma/abuse they can become disruptive in your adult life. Isn’t it time they were healed and loved? And free of the horror they experienced? With My.EM this will happen.

Note: With D.I.D. You may have more than 1 home, this could represent the different groups/systems. You may wish to keep all the homes, working with each until it is Safe & Happy and then move on to the next one. You may also find that when you start getting everyone Safe & Happy, personalities will turn up to go into the home to heal (they do not want to be out there in the ‘cold hard world’ but be with their own home.

Emotion: Anxiety, speaking in public, 12 yrs old; when healed she wanted a horse; so a stable with riding equipment and yard was set up for her. Home Practice sessions

Maintaining your relationship with your housekeeper/caretaker

1. Fly in and land at your property, walk to the gate.

2. Using your security, open the gate and close it behind you.

3. Walk up to your home checking that the fences and your spiritual protec-tion are secure. Repair and reinforce if they are damaged, make surethat any maintenance of your home and property is taken care of.

4. Greet your housekeeper/caretaker.

5. Ask if she/he or the other sub-personalities need anything, and if there is

anything you need to discuss together.

6. Arrange for all the needs to be met using your wand/staff and discusswith your housekeeper/caretaker ways of reinforcing these in the outsideworld.

7. Arrange for your housekeeper/caretaker to oversee any healing usingthe diamante healing processes.

8. Take some time for yourself in your retreat. This is a great opportunity forsome time out and a gentle healing shower, spa, or time under the water-fall.

9. Say goodbye, give a hug and return to the gate.

10. Stand before the gate and state “On the understanding that everythinghas been done correctly and it is safe to leave’ Use your security if thegate opens, leave your property. If it does not open it means that thesession you have just done is not complete.

11. Return to the housekeeper/caretaker and ask why the gate will notopen. Do what is required and return to the gate.

12. If the gate opens, walk to the plane and fly back.

13. If the gate does not open repeat 10 and 11 until it does.

Congratulations

You have completed the Introductory kit for the My.EM process. There are another 4 steps. If you wish to delve further into your life and your reactions to different situations; this requires a trained therapist. As life throws up adversities, as you encounter them you can use these techniques to heal any negativity which develops; as well as any ‘pictures’ you may have stored.

The techniques of Making Your Mind Safe & Happy are there in your mind for you to access any time.

Keep in touch with your ‘Housekeeper/caretaker’ they are always there to assist /counsel throughout your life’s journey.
