FINDING THE DEVELOPMENTWhile conveniently close to the A12 thoroughfare, the area around Hatfi eld Peverel is home to

The Heathers sits close to the Maldon Road (B1019), around a mile from the A12, the main arterial route through the region.

From there, you can connect easily with central Chelmsford in around 15 minutes, Brentwood in approximately 25 minutes, and of

course London or the M25 for onward journeys to southern and central England. In the other direction, Colchester is around 17 miles

or 20 minutes away, with the A12 allowing easy onward journeys to Ipswich, Harwich and Suff olk's beautiful coastline.

The B1019 (Maldon Road) itself will get you to into Maldon in around 10 minutes and joins other routes to explore

the Blackwater estuary and the Dengie peninsula. To the north, the A12 connects with several routes that can link you

with Braintree in approximately 20-25 minutes and Stansted Airport in around 35 minutes via the A120.

For rail travel, Hatfi eld Peverel railway station is less than a mile from The Heathers, with regular services running in either direction

for stations towards London or Colchester. Fast services will get you into Chelmsford in approximately 7 minutes, Colchester in
