MIN-SCALE READING 0 PSI SET
CALIBRATE MIN-SCALE 819 AVG COUNTS 21
FULL SCALE READING 15,000
CALIBRATE FULL SCALE 4095
ZERO CALIBRATION:
1. With very little pressure on pump, Press Calibrate Min-Scale Twice. The Scale counts should be around 819.
2. Press SET twice to save calibration.
FULL-SCALE CALIBRATION:
1. Hold calibration switch up at pump truck. Pressure on remote box should be 15,000 PSI.2. Press Calibrate Full-Scale Twice. The Scale counts should be around 4095.3. Release calibration switch at pump truck.4. Press SET twice to save calibration.
Note* A pressure of -3750 psi means there is an open in circuit. Cable is un- plugged from transducer or bad cable. A shorted Circuit would cause a full scale reading like 15,000 psi or max temperature.
