Sutter Street This is a 6-story assisted living facility at Sutter
and Divisadero in San Francisco. Sunrise
intends to operate this as an all-Alzheimer
facility.

Retirement Community. Existing Phase I

Mithun I joined Mithun when I first moved to theNorthwest in 1994. Mithun took me in as a “strategic hire”. At the time, the REI flagship store in Seattle was already in DD/CD and I helped with some of the planning as well as production using AutoCAD. Big box retail had never been Mithun’s direction or forte but Mithun went after Albertson’s for its nationally recognized namewas assigned to be the client contact and charged with cultivating that relationship. Albertson’s did not want “high design”. They needed an architect-of-record to do roll-outs for their Northwest expansion and came to us with prototype drawings designed by a firm in Boisewhere Albertson’s headquarters are.
