In May-June 2004, I served as an expert witness for Bingham McCutchen, LLP, in a legal dispute between two food companies over whether a particular energy bar was in compliance with the principles of the Zone diet. My services involved preparing an expert report and traveling to Boston, MA, for a deposition.
