STEP 1: In the Engagement Asset Hub, Click on Submit an Asset for Reuse and then Click on Go to iRAM

The Engagement Asset Hub Community can be Found on the ISSR Main Community in case you forget where it is.

To Participate in the ISSR Asset Reuse Program, you must be a member of the Engagement Asset Hub Community

Step by Step Instructions

Name your asset something descriptive

STEP 2: Click on Submit and start filling in the form with the name of your asset

Select one of the available types of asset. At the current time, these are the types of assets that we track as part of the ISSR Reuse Program.

Select the ISSR Assets Community

Pop-Up Descriptions for Each Type Available.

STEP 3: Select ISSR Assets as the Community and an appropriate Type

We will be adding new types based on your feedback

Mandatory Questions to Answer

Click on Show more to access additional Fields.

Provide best estimate on Hours to Create. THIS IS A MANDATORY FIELD

STEP 4: Add a short description, Answer the mandatory questions and add an estimate of the Hours to Create

Use the Show more button to see additional field. Add additional details as needed.

3 Options for Adding the Asset1. Adding an asset that will be stored in iRAM. These are typically assets that are design and built for reuse such as a services offering or a cleaned deliverable (no customer information)2. Adding an asset not stored in iRAM. These are typically assets with customer information or assets that are stored in other places like developerworks or YouTube. The iRAM asset in this case is the URL and/or guidance on how to find the asset. 3. Adding an asset that is a work-in-progress. The iRAM asset in this case is a pointer to a person or group of people who are working on the asset.

STEP 5: Add the asset. There are 3 Options

Details for each alternative are shown on the next slides. Don’t forget Steps 6 and 7.

STEP 5 – Option 1 : Add one or more files that will be stored on iRAM

You can also use the description to add a more detailed description

STEP 5 - Option 2: Add an asset not stored in iRAMIn the Description Tab, Add a short statement with a url to your asset. In this case, there is no need to add anything to the Content tab.

STEP 5 - Option 3: Add an asset that is a work-in-progress In the Description Tab, Add a short statement with information about the asset and how to contact the person or team working on the asset.

STEP 6: Select the appropriate ISSR Subject Area and ISSR Verification and either select Approve As-Is or Save as Draft

You can chose one or more of the subject areas. There is also an Other option. For most assets, the ISSR Verification will be As-Is. If you chose Verified, you’ll see a Save as Draft button instead of an Approve As-Is

STEP 7: Verify that you’ve got a green check mark on the policies

If you’ve missed something, edit your asset as needed

Congratulations … You’ve Successfully submitted your asset to iRAM!!!!
