SEO Search Pages Creating the SEO Search page is a 3 step process. 1. Create the Agent Saved Searches 2. Create Content Pages 3. Create the SEO Search page by merging the Search results to the Content Instruction for Steps 1 and 2 can be found under the FAQ button found on the LeadStreet home page with following titles:

The content should include relevant and original text; text you would expect to find on a real estate search results page. You should include text about the city your searching for, real estate terms, and something about you or RE/MAX. The search is constantly updating, keeping your page fresh.

Click on the Site Builder Tab

Click on Create a “SEO Search Page”

Your SEO Search Pages will show in the middle of this page when done

Next Create Your SEO Page: SEO Page Name (Link-Name) this name will display in the drop down menu’s on your home page. Example: Moorestown Real Estate Custom URL: This will be the link to the page. This link should be relevant to the page Example: Moorestown-nj-real-estate (do not use any spaces, separate words with dashes) Page Builder Content: Use the drop down arrow to select the page you built in Step 2 Saved Searches: Use the drop down arrow to select the search you created in Step 1. The search should match the content page. Meta Title: The meta title will be displayed in Google search results. The title has to describe the page or site. Example Moorestown NJ Real Estate & Moorestown Homes for Sale Description: A sentence or 2 describing the web page. To see examples do a Google search for Moorestown NJ Real Estate, the page descriptions are displayed in black text below the page title: Example: Find Homes For Sale in Moorestown. Search Moorestown, real estate, recently sold properties, foreclosures, new homes, school information and much more Keywords: a few words that match what a consumer is searching for. Example: Moorestown real estate, Moorestown Homes, Moorestown Homes For Sale, Moorestown properties, Moorestown listings

Keyword Tips:

Do not use words for content not included on the page. For example is you don’t have School information on the page do not include Schools in keywords or description

You can learn a lot about Meta Titles/Descriptions and Keywords by doing searches for your area and see what other people are using

Click on Update to save your SEO Search Page

Your new SEO Search page will display under the Site Builder/My Searches Tab in the My SEO Search Pages box To view the page or copy the URL click on the Manage link located to the right of the SEO URL When you click on Manage the below Dialog page opens. You can now copy the URL (so use on another page), preview page, Edit the page or deleted the page

SEO Search Pages are also displayed under the Site Builder/Site Content Tab as SEO Search The page will also display in the Properties drop down menu on your website home page. Clients can click on the Page Name to open the SEO Search page
