Step 12: Tap on the arrow icon to finish. Save your picture and share it on PicsArt with the hashtag #OutOfFrame!

Step 8: Select the Flashy Shades package.

Step 11: Tap on “Apply.”

Step 7: Bring the opacity back up to 100%. Tap on the plus sign and select “Clipart.”

Step 10: Adjust the size and rotate the Clipart, and drag it to place it. To adjust the proportions, drag the edges of the Clipart until it fits your image.
