At the Search Filter page,

A. Click on Search if youwould like the search to be based on specific keywords, e.g.: quality assurance

B. Select your additional advanced search criteria and click on the Search button.

Tips:General search criteria: - Current Position Level- Current Specialization & Qualification - Field of Study - Work Authorization (Citizen/Resident of) - State of residence

C. Candidates who meet your criteria will bedisplayed In the SearchResult Summary page

search criteria, you may modify

your search by clicking on Modify

future reference, click on Save

check box beside the Reference ID and click on Request Resume.

D. Bookmarking Feature allows

you to bookmark your searched

candidates for future references or

Request them to apply at a later

stage. Tick on the check box

beside the Reference ID and click on the Add to Bookmarks button.

*No credit will be deducted for

bookmarking a candidate.

* Full details displayed, which are ready to be viewed by potential employer* Once requested, you can retrieve the resume immediately

What is a Confidential Resume?

* Partial details displayed; certain details and other identifiable information will be hidden* Once requested, notification email will be sent to candidate who will agree whether or not to allow potential employer to view full details

NOTE: Select your option and click on the Continue button to proceed with your request.
