Content Upload - Posters

Step 1: Login with your Congress Account

Step 2: <<Content Upload>> is the only button that concerns you now.


Step 3: Upon clicking on the button, you will see asummary of information with regards to your upload.

Step 4: You will be asked toupload a profile picture.

This is not mandatory, but it is advisable to give E-delegates a face to remember.


Step 5: Upon uploading your profile picture, you will see asummary of your assigned presentation slots / posterslots.

Step 6: You will be asked to accept a mandatoryWebcasting conditions before your upload. For condition details, please click on "Download" below theWebcasting clause.

Click on <<Start Submission>> for the appropriateposter/presentation you would like to submit.

Step 7: Please note that you are only allowed toupload PDF files only. For EULAR Poster Guidelines, please refer tohttps://congress.eular.org/abstract_presentation.cfm.

In addition to this poster upload, you arealso granted 3 minutes narration which canbe recorded in the system after your upload.

*** This is however not mandatory, if you like, you are welcome to follow the next few steps to complete yourposter upload. ***

The system will automatically check your PDFupload, please ensure that you have "Green Light"before you proceed with your narration recording.

For steps on how to record narration, please read on.

Otherwise, click on the "Preview" button to checkyour upload.


If you are happy with your upload, please click on the"Green" button to go back to the upload summarypage.

Once you are back to the content uploadsummary page, "Green" is the indication thatyour upload is successful. You can always re-enter to re-upload yourcontent if there is any changes. Deadline of this edit is end of May.

1Sometimes, your computer might not allow AdobeFlash Player to appear. If this is the case, click onthe button as shown in no. 2. And click on "Allow" to have the player shown.

Whenever you are ready, click on the recordedbutton and start speaking...

Click "Stop" when you aredone, or it will automaticallystop recording once your timeis up. If you are ready and satisfied,click on the "Blue" button...

Click "Play" to listen to yourrecording. If you are unsatisfied, pleaseclick on the "Trash Bin" button.And start recording all overagain.


ALTERNATIVELY, You can also choose to upload your pre-recorded mp3 file instead of recording it in the system. Click on "Upload", and *** Please ensure the time limit note. ***


Click "Play" to listen to your uploaded recording. If you are unsatisfied, please click on the "Trash Bin"button. And upload again. If you are satisfied, please click on the "Green" button.

And you will be lead to the upload page again... To proceed, click on the "Blue" preview button...


If you are happy with your upload, please click on the"Green" button to go back to the upload summarypage.

Once you are back to the content uploadsummary page, "Green" is the indication thatyour upload is successful. You can always re-enter to re-upload yourcontent if there is any changes. Deadline of this edit is end of May.
