• Data quality and processes are still key to arrive at correct analysis

• Take the time to understand data before you start building reports

• Focus on building reports in stead of having them built for you

• Clearly define your reporting scope when rolling out analytics

• Clearly define your reporting roadmap to align expectations when rolling out analytics
