As you can see from the pictures of costume and characters that all of the costumes have a gold/copper look to them. This colour runs through most of all the steam punk genre. The clothing of the characters as you can see are very 20th century Victorian/Edwardian. As its very early 20th century, the theme is also futuristic as the story about steampunk is that electricity

STEAM PUNK ENVIOURMENT

As well as the costumes, the envirourment has the same colour scheme as the colothing, goldy copper colours are mixed with wood and certain metals. Futuristic features are everywhere like floting sailing ships and floting cities.
