1 Lectures will start in three different time slots, from 08:15 to 09:30.

2 There are three different time slots available to students for lunch, afternoon lectures, and check-out for the day

3 Lectures will be given in three different days and two shifts: Monday-Wednesday-Friday or Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday

4 Classrooms, laboratories, the library, and other services are accessible only when students are allowed to access the premises. Interns and graduate students can access university on other days also, by scheduling an appointment and after having received a pre-authorisation released by people in charge of the labs or teachers in charge of single activities

5 Elevators can be used by only one person at a time

6 Stairs are available anytime during the day. Appropriate signs will indicate stairs with limited circulation allowed between 12.00 and 15:00

7 One week before lectures start, all students can take the serology test followed by a swab, in case of positivity

8 Surgical masks, necessary for the first semester of 2020 will be made available by Uni-versity and delivered to each student on the first day of lectures. At the Trapezio Building, vending machines are available, in case you need to purchase surgical masks (each mask costs 50 cents)

9 Each student will attend lectures in the same classroom and will keep his/her seat throughout the day

10 Classroom seats and other common areas will be structured so that the 1-meter distan-ce is kept; specific signs are going to show you where you cannot seat

11 Each student can choose how to attend lectures, if attending lessons in presence or via E-learning platform

Tensile structure and Lunch boxYou can eat a takeaway meal (you may prepare it at home or book it via AppMyUCBM) and have lunch in the tensile structure located in the internal court of PRABB (-1 floor).

In order to enter/exit the tensile structure, there are specific paths to follow, which are different compared to the ones leading to the canteen.

CanteenThe access to the canteen (PRABB – 1 floor) is limited, according to the scheduled time slots for lunchtime: respect your shift in order to allow a safe management.

In order to keep the safety distance when waiting in line, there will be signs on the floor.

The use of your ID badge is highly recommended as an electronic payment method in order to speed up the payment, avoiding at the same time any direct contact with money, which is a potential infection vehicle.

In order to exit the canteen, a mandatory walkway is foreseen with two way out:

towards the external part of our Campus, through a path that leads to Via Álvaro del Portillo or, alternatively, inside the PRABB, you may walk upstairs to reach the ground floor and proceeding along the corridor where the Student Services Office is located, you will reach the main hall of the PRABB.

• Should you experience Covid-19 symptoms (e.g. a body temperature higher than 37.5° C, do not go to university and inform immediately your GP. If your GP prescri-bes you an oropharyngeal swab, contact the UCBM Covid-19 contact person via email. If you do not have a GP in Rome, ask the Student Services Office for a certifi-cate of attendance and contact the ASL in order have one assigned. Do not wait until you need one, it is important!

• If you experience symptoms of the infection when you are within the university, alert immediately the UCBM Covid-19 contact person, who will take you to the private room. Go home, contact your GP and carefully follow his/her instructions.
