What happens when they eat and rest in their cocoon?

- Students will look/touch at the different foods the caterpillar eats

ART CONDENSED MILK PAINTING
Materials
Condensed milk
Food coloring
paint brushes
plastic cups
Directions
1. Pour small amount (1-2 T) of condensed milk into cups.
2. Add 1-2 drops of yellow & red food coloring to milk.
3. Stir, adding more drops until desired color is mixed.
4. Experiment with other food coloring combinations.
5. Paint the butterfly.
6. Once dry, the paint will be shiny but not sticky!
