Stay at home moms- how do you make x-tra money? i do some paid surveys on line that pay you in gift cards for different stores. i prefer these to the surveys that claim to pay in cash as i don't like putting my bank or credit details online. google for surveys that are local to your area. i get $20 a week from doing this. It's not much, but it pays for my son's nappies. Mystery Shopping - where you get paid to shop in the shops you usually go to. while you're there you have to spend a minimal amount (normally $5-$10) and take note of the quality of service, cleanliness of the store and the availability of the products. After your shop you fill out a form marking the store and send it off. you get paid approx $20 per shop visit. I did this for a few years making an easy $60 a week. I gave it up while on bedrest during pregnancy, and had forgotten all about it till now... hmmm... time to sign up again i think! Google for your local Mystery Shopper agent. Other ideas that i don't do, but have heard of: babysitting at your home making crafts, beaded jewellery, handmade cards, paintings or clothing and selling on ebay selling make up (e.g. avon) tutoring students in subjects your good at (e.g. math, music etc) book editing (hard to get into, but jobs like this are usually advertised in the newspaper)
