STAUFF - Line -Besides the manufacturing of single components, STAUFF also offers a full service package in the design, manufacture kittingsub-assembly and managed supply of hydraulic pipework.
The STAUFF - Line - service is available to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) throughout Europe.
The specialist focus of each of these four divisions within the Stauff UK manufacturing centre, are brought together to offer OEMs and major users, an unparalleled service.

Finding Solutions
Pipework is absolutely central to the operation of hydraulic systems, no matter how small and simple or how large and complex. The very arteries of the living mechanics!
Yet it is often the case that this pipework element, is the last part of the system to be considered and installed. It is frequently subject to modification in the process, because of the demands of the layout and of the other components.
To help customers deal with this situation STAUFF operates a complete on site service to assist OEMs and large users in the design and development of both flexible and rigid hydraulic pipework systems. This service can involve a STAUFF design and engineering team throughout the development and prototype build period. They can either work independently or as an integral part of the project design teams and the on-site manufacturing staff, to provide the customer with specialist advice and support.
Following prototype supply, evaluation and final signing off, they will collect and collate all essential information in a standardised format, which will be used to ensure accurate and consistent quality fulfillment of production supplies.
