Physicians' Information and Education Resource (PIER) is a Web-based decision-support tool designed for rapid point-of-care delivery of current, evidence-based guidance for clinicians.

Developed by the American College of Physicians (ACP), PIER consists of modules focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of hundreds of the most common diseases, with additional disease topics added monthly.
