Robust machines for economicaland intelligent concrete conveying
Reliable advances in the construction of the Burj Dubai (Dubai Tower), which (at over 800m) is one of the tallest building in the world, were secured by several powerful BSA 14000 SHP D super-high-pressure pumps used in conjunction with MX 28-4 and MX 32-4 stationary booms. 165,000m3 of high-strength concrete was successfully pumped to heights in excess of 600m (world record) and then poured. Even at 606m, both machines and accessories were still not operating at their limits.
Another storey was concreted every three days - no problem for the potent BSA 14000 stationary pump and its powerful placing booms. After achieving milesstones in Dubai and France we are scaling new heights by poumping 272m vertically at Talwandi Sabo Thermal power plant and 2 km horizontal pumping at Gati Project - Sikkim in India.
